Hey DonJohn,
I just joined DR. There is a confuse between "register" and "want to join DR" in here. I suggest you to change the topic "Apply to join DR" to "Want to join DR ?", these topits seem to be the same meaning but they are very clear for the guesses(not joined DR yet) and new member like me know stay away from confusing (my 2 cents though).
